ROSEYARD

Set within a beautiful rural valley near the historic town of Sandwich, Roseyard is an award‑winning holiday rental created across three converted agricultural farm buildings, alongside a new rustic Pool House and Spa. Each building retains its striking original architecture — double‑height spaces with huge oak beams and trusses, timber and brick columns, oversized crittall windows, and old barn doors. Mixing historic and modern paint colours with contemporary, punchy fabrics, the social spaces have a lively, party‑ready feel, while the bedrooms remain calm and restorative. In addition to designing and specifying all interiors, Gabriel sourced and commissioned art throughout the project, creating a cohesive, characterful retreat that celebrates both heritage and modern comfort.
